The following training programs are custom-designed specifically for the insourcing employer’s needs.  They are aimed at business clients needing 20 or more employees, and will be offered at local accredited colleges and universities.

 Image  H.O.P.E Program (Healthcare Opportunity Promotion through Education): Designed to meet the training and hiring needs of healthcare-related entities. H.O.P.E. 201: Three month program designed to train experienced nurses to become clinical instructors.  H.O.P.E. 101: Designed to offer internship hours required for graduation by nursing schools to meet the shortage of nurses nationwide. 
 Image  A.C.R.E. Program (Applied Concepts in Real Estate): Designed to meet the training, hiring, and marketing needs of the real estate-related entities. Focuses on training trainers using education-based marketing strategies. 
 Image  F.I.R.M Program (Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, Mortgage): Designed to meet the training, hiring, and marketing needs of the Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, and Mortgage-related entities.  Focuses on training trainers using education-based marketing strategies.
 Image  T.E.C.H Program (Technology Education with Contract Hiring): Designed to meet the training and hiring needs of technology-related entities. Focuses on training trainers in the fields of Information Technology, Web Development, and Visual Arts.
